Thanks for shopping at HolidaysGiving, LLC. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please contact HolidaysGiving@HolidaysGiving.com if there is something you are less than satisfied with.
If we are unable to satisfy your request, a refund may be given after the items are returned, subject to our inspection of the returned item and the nature of the refund request. When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item and how the item was purchased. HolidaysGiving, LLC allows all customers 30 calendar days from the date the package originally shipped to return an item at your own cost. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
HolidaysGiving, LLC is not responsible for any damage that occurs to items during the return shipment. If the items are not returned in the same condition they were originally sent, a partial refund may be given for any items that were in the original condition.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Pre-Paid Plans, Gift Boxes, and sale items are nonrefundable.
